National Transport Strategy Study, Air Sector Review and National Planning

As part of a broader national transport strategy plan commissioned by the Asian Development Bank, LEAPP carried out a review of the extent and performance of air transport services throughout Indonesia. As part of the project, LEAPP reviewed the Indonesian air transport system, airline services, equipment and operations (domestic and international), analyzed air transport activity statistics and forecast future national air traffic levels. LEAPP developed air service standards and capacity indicators, along with a plan for future route and service network for domestic air services throughout Indonesia.

In the airports sector, LEAPP carried out a review of all the national airports, developed an airports classification system and defined airport upgrading requirements.
